Red Wines:

Besserie - Merlot (France): Lovely soft fruits on the nose with hints of smoky overtones, and peppery notes. Delightfully deep colour-superb with meat dishes.

Painters Cove -Shiraz/Cabernet (Australia): Excellent dark colour with rich plumy spicy flavours and bouquet.

Chianti Doc Torre Logata (Italy): A soft, round and velvety wine full aromas.

Wakefield Cabernet Sauvignon (Australia): An excellent estate grown wine from Claire Valley, oak aged, smooth and full bodied. Rich with fruit flavours and aromas.

Chateau Les Girards - Bordeaux (France): Lovely soft fruits on the nose with rich aromas of plums and ripe blackberries.

Bodegas Remondo - Crianza- La Rioja (Spain): This classic Rioja aged in oak extends rosemary and caramel on the palate. A beautifully mellow wine with a long finish.

Peteroa - Cabernet Sauvignon (Chile): Excellent dark colour with rich plumy spicy flavours and strong bouquet.

Fluerie - Pierre Dupond (France): Purply ruby in colour with a full enticing aroma of youthful red berries. On taste, smooth ripe fruit, strawberries and depth of juicy red berries, all in an attractive drinkable style.

Crozes Hermitage - Pierre Dupond (France): Lively red colour with flavours of ripe red fruits on the palate.

White Wines:

Bessiere - Sauvignon Blanc (France): Dry, fresh flavoursome wine with lovely citrus nose and finish, produced from the Languedoc area. Ideal with Seafood.

Painters Cove (Australia): Easy drinking fruity wine, flavours of fresh ripe peaches and a crisp easy finish.

Peteroa Sauvignon Blanc (Chile): Fresh and crispy, this classic sauvignon delivers an intense and fruity aroma of apples and peaches.

Piesporter Michelsberg Q.B.A. (Germany): A luscious dry and round white with a typical strong and spicy floral flavour.

Wakefield Estate Clare Vally Chardonnay: A round rich wine of great complexity and elegance aged in oak barrels. Delivers pear and melon aromas

Chateau Beyran - Bordeaux (France): Delightfully crispy with a soft and gentle roundness, a lovely fruity finish. Excellent with meat and fish

Chablis - Pierre Dupond (France): Pale sliver yellow with a classic flinty fresh aroma of lemony fruit with overtones of green herbs. Crispy tangy fruit with an elegant buttery style and flinty citrus finish
